A report of 268 breast cancer patients, restricted to clinical stage II, and personally treated between 1975 and 1990 is presented.
The therapeutic approach given to these patients is discussed on the different levels of local, regional and systemic therapy.
The survival and control of disease after 10 years were respectively 46% and 62%.
