BREAST LEIOMYOSARCOMA

Leiomyosarcoma of the breast is a rare tumor, and it presents the best prognosis
among breast sarcomas. Immunohistochemistry can be useful for diagnosis by
documenting the muscle differentiation of this tumor. The treatment usually consists
of simple mastectomy.
