Negative receptors in male's breast câncer: case report

The ma/e
's breast câncer is rare (0.17% ofthe men with câncer). It attacks men in their
60 years oid or more. The authors report a case of a 64 years o/d man with ieft breasfs
infiltra te ductal carcinoma (mother died due to a Ieft breasfs infiltra te ductal carcinoma). He
was submitted to a Patey's mastectomy. Award: Scarff, Bloom e Richardson's histological
grade II (tubular arrangement 3, nuclear valuation 2 and mitosis index 1). Twenty three
axiiar Hnfonodes (7 attacked for disease). He presented estrogen and progestagen receptors
negative (80% of male's breast câncer are positive). He was submitted for 6 adjuvant
chemotherapy cycies with adriamicine and cidofosfamide. After that he was submitted to
radiotherapy with 5. OOOcGy and boost of 1. OOOcGy on surgery scar. At this moment the
