Malignant phyllodes tumor: relate of cases and updating

Phyllodes tumour represents less than 1% of ali breast tumours. About 30% wiH exhibit
malignant beha viour. It's similar to a fibroadenoma. We report two cases of malignant phyllodes
tumours. The treatment of choice was surgical once they are both resistant to radiotherapy
and chemotherapy. The two cases showed recurrence and were operated again. An updating of
the Uterature is done.
