TRÍPLICE INTERPOSIÇÃO DE RETALHOS:TÉCNICA PESSOAL EM MAMOPLASTIAREDUTORA E MASTOPEXIA

A remodelagem desfavorável de mamas submetidas a mastoplastia redutora e mastopexia
levou os autores a desenvolver uma técnica que possibilitasse a redução da base mamária e
do polo axilar, que permitisse uma medialização conveniente do polo lateral e que, além de
confiscar substancialmente o tecido mamário, facilitasse a projeção do complexo areolomamilar
ao ápice deste cone. No período entre março de 1987 e maio de 1996 foram realizadas 217
intervenções por esta técnica, que consiste na confecção de três retalhos glandulares
preservação máxima da integridade do envelope cutâneo. Ao final desse período ficou
demonstrado que os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios e mais duradouros.
