Abstract

The author presents his technique for reconstruction of the breast after subcutaneous mastectomy (called by him "sub-capsular adenectomy"), in which he utilizes the inferior pole of the breast, as a dermo-fast flap to refill the empty space leaved by the breast tissue removed. The new breast is conformed by means of Skoog technique modified by him.

The results of 200 patients treated by this technique is presented.
