Mapeamento pré-operatório das artérias periurantes do músculo reto abdominal com color-doppler em casos de reconstrução de mama: estudo de 30 casos

Estudo prospectivo que visa à localização pré-operatória de artérias perfurantes do músculo reto abdominal em pacientes candidatas à reconstrução mamária. Realizado estudo doppler
no pré-operatório de 30 pacientes mastectomizadas que seriam submetidas à reconstrução.
Procurou-se determinar as vantagens do estudo doppler durante a cirurgia e no resultado final
da reconstrução. O método avaliado mostrou-se preciso, não-invasivo, importante na orientação da cirurgia reconstrutora, além de permitir a preservação do pedículo e a viabilidade do
retalho utilizado.
