Mastite lúpica como diagnóstico diferencial do câncer de mama: relato de caso e revisão de literatura

0 lúpus eritematoso é uma das mais freqüentes doenças do tecido conjuntivo. 0 acometimento pode ser desde unicamente cutâneo até sistêmico. Atinge preferencialmente as mulheres durante a idade reprodutiva. A mama necessita cuidado especial durante a evolução do
lúpus, pois pode ser acometida por uma forma de mastite ou ter aumentada a incidência de
câncer. Os autores relatam o caso de uma paciente com lúpus eritematoso com nódulo mamário bilateralmente, suspeitado pela mamografia bilateral, que revelou tratar-se de paniculite
lúpica após core biopsy guiada por ultra-sonografia.
