CARCINOMA IN SITU DE MАМА: REVISÃO DE CASUÍSTICA

O interesse crescente pelas lesões não-invasivas de mama, particularmente pelo
carcinoma ductal in situ, foi o que motivou os autores para a realização deste trabalho.
Os carcinomas não-invasivos de mama são lesões heterogêneas cujo espectro varia
amplamente desde a sua evolução até os critérios histopatológicos. Atualmente existem
grandes controvérsias com relação ao tratamento do carcinoma ductal in situ e vários
são os estudos em torno desse assunto. Os autores realizaram uma ampla revisão da
literatura e uma subseqüente análise de sua casuística perfazendo um total de 38 casos
de carcinomas in situ de mama, apresentados e comparados neste artigo.
